Become a Secret Shopper!
The mission of Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union is to “Excel in Service to Our Members”. To ensure this we have implemented a Secret Shopper program to monitor service levels.
Your participation in this program will help us measure the quality service levels in all areas of your credit union.
We realize volunteering for your credit union will take extra time out of your already busy schedule. We would like to reward you for the service you will be providing to the Credit Union by participating as a Secret Shopper. You will receive great awards after 6 responses, 9 responses, 12 responses, 18 responses, 25 responses. And the list keeps on growing! One evaluation per month is requested, but you are welcome to complete more. You may go to the branch location of your choice.
Please consider visiting different branches, different departments and different employees, when you have the opportunity, along with a visit. A “fresh look” from a member is invaluable in helping us find opportunities for improvement and to reward those employees who excel in quality service.
