Our computer server is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there are occasions where the server may be down for system maintenance or if it is experiencing heavy usage. We realize there is never an ideal time to do maintenance on the system, but we do make an effort to do maintenance during times that have historically shown low system usage. If you are accessing the system late at night, for instance, the server may be down for maintenance, but it is generally back up within 5-15 minutes. |
