Actual lost wages up to $500 per week for up to four weeks for time taken from work, solely as a result of efforts to amend or rectify records as to the member’s true name or identity are reimbursable. The lost wages limit is a sublimit of the limit of insurance described. Reimbursable costs include long distance phone calls, affidavit notarization, postage, loan application, and credit report fees incurred while resolving an identity theft incident. These costs must be incurred in the United States. Provides information, advice, and a 15-page victim assistance packet for consumers that might be or have become a victim of identity theft. The packet includes form letters for the consumer to send to the three credit bureaus, recommendations for law enforcement filings, and a list of government Web sites to access for additional help and support. ScoreCard is a rewards program that allows you to earn Bonus Points for every net retail dollar spent using your Premier Debit card. You can redeem your Bonus Points for brand-name merchandise and exciting travel awards by visiting www.ScoreCardRewards.com. You can access the site by entering your ScoreCard debit card number. Once inside, you can search for merchandise and travel rewards by brand-name, keyword and Bonus Point levels. You will also find program rules, ordering options, frequently asked questions and answers, and contact information. Just one of the many benefits of your Premier Debit card. 90-Day Product Protection gives card holders one more reason to use their eligible account for all their purchases. When you use your Premier Debit card to pay for new retail purchases in full, purchases are automatically protected for a full 90 days from the date of purchase against direct physical loss or damage (in excess of other applicable coverages). What items qualify? Do I have to register purchases? How do I claim lost, stolen, or damaged items?
How do damaged items get repaired or replaced? If a claim is settled by cash or replacement, the damaged item becomes the property of 90-Day Product Protection. You may be asked to send the damaged item (at your expense) to an address that we designate. Do I need to file with my own insurance company? Is there a limit to the number of claims I can file? Are the Programs fully insured? *Program Exclusions There is no coverage for losses resulting from fraud, abuse, neglect, misapplication of the consumer product, normal wear and tear, intentional acts of a Covered Person, war or hostilities or any kind, including invasion, rebellion or insurrection, confiscation by order of any government, public authority or customs official, risks of contraband, losses arising from illegal activity or acts, radioactive contamination, flood, earthquake, mysterious disappearance, incidental and consequential damages, and inherent product defects. Additionally, services, travelers’ checks, art objects, cash or its equivalent, tickets of any kind, negotiable instruments, bullion, rare or precious coins, stamps, antiques and collectible items, animals and living plants, dwellings, permanent fixtures, consumable and perishable items (including but not limited to food or fuel), items used for business or commercial purposes, and all vehicles except non-motorized cycles, and custom dental appliances are not covered.
