Payments may be made on a one-time or recurring basis, up to one year in advance of the scheduled payment date. |

Bill Payment is a free service when you make one or more payments in a calendar month. If a member has an inactive Bill Payment account, they will be charged $9.95 per month until their account becomes active, or until Bill Payment service is discontinued. |

Member may make payment to any individual or entity in the United States or its territories and/or possessions. The following payment types are prohibited through the service: tax payments, court-ordered payments, payment to payees outside of the United States or its possessions/territories. |
