Count on Built-In Rental Auto Coverage

When you use your covered Visa Signature® card to rent a vehicle, you’ll get built-in Auto Rental Coverage. You’re covered for physical damage, theft, reasonable and customary towing and loss-of-use charges. Decline the Collision Damage Waiver coverage offered by the rental agency and make sure your name is listed as the primary renter on the auto rental contract. Any additional drivers must also be listed on the auto rental agreement.

Easy claim process: go to www.eclaimsline.com or call to talk to a Benefit Administrator at 1-800-348-8472 to initiate your claim. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 1-804-673-1164. You must sign and return your claim form (or if you prefer, file online) within 90 days of the date of incident – you can supply any outstanding documentation afterwards. Lost Luggage Reimbursement

Lost Luggage? You're Covered.

When you use your covered Visa Signature® card to purchase an airline or common carrier ticket, you can be eligible to receive reimbursement for your checked luggage or carry-on baggage and their contents in the event of theft or misdirection by the common carrier per trip maximum; (if you live in New York, the maximum is $2,000 per bag). This coverage applies to travel by air, ferry, cruise ship, train or bus.

Easy claim process: collect your documents (lost luggage report, dates of travel, etc.) and go to www.eclaimsline.com or call 1-800-757-1274 to file a claim or get your questions answered. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 1-804-673-6496. Please note that notification to the Benefit Administrator must be made within 20 days from the date the luggage was lost or stolen. Porch Piracy Protection

Protect Your Purchases From the Unexpected

When you use your covered Visa Signature® card for your purchases and your new purchases are stolen within the first 90 days from the date of purchase, Porch Piracy Protection can reimburse the item up to $1,000 maximum per claim and $10,000 maximum per cardholder.

Travel and Emergency Assistance Services

Count on Emergency Assistance While Traveling

When you’re traveling or working anywhere in the world, your covered Visa Signature® card gets you access to a multilingual call center – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – for the assistance you need. You, your spouse and legal dependent children under 22 years of age who are traveling with you can call toll-free in the United States or collect when traveling abroad. Services include: medical and legal referrals, emergency transportation and more.

Trip Delay Reimbursement

Protect Yourself Against Travel Delays

When you purchase air travel with your covered Visa Signature® card and your flight is delayed by more than twelve hours due to a covered hazard, Trip Delay kicks in. This benefit reimburses you for reasonable expenses incurred as a result of delays ($300 maximum per ticket). This coverage applies even if the delay is due to weather or equipment failure. And, this benefit is in addition to any airline vouchers you receive for food or hotels.

Event Ticket Protection

When you use your covered Visa Signature® card to purchase a concert, recreational, sports or theater event ticket, you can be reimbursed up to a maximum of $500.00 per covered event ticket, $2,000.00 per covered event and $4,000.00 annually per eligible account for the cost of your unused nonrefundable covered event ticket if you are unable to attend the event due to a covered reason.
